Product Summary

The MC9328MXSVP10 is an applications processor. The MC9328MXSVP10 processor features theadvanced and power-efficient ARM920T core thatoperates at speeds up to 100 MHz. Integrated modules,which include a USB device and an LCD controller,support a suite of peripherals to enhance portableproducts. It is packaged in a 225-contact MAPBGApackage. Figure 1 shows the functional block diagram ofthe i.MXS processor.
